One deposit, two rewards: the Spinsy Casino welcome

You give your details as they appear on your proof of identity, since a mismatch here is what delays most verifications later. One account each is the rule here.

A deposit that carries the offer

Your first deposit needs at least NZ$20 to carry the welcome offer, and the payment method you choose has to be in your own name.

Activated, or just deposited

The match does not arrive by itself: you activate it before you play, and until you do, your balance stays your own money only. Miss this and nothing follows.

Cleared inside the window

You play your bonus at 25x its value, and you have 46 days from activation to finish, so keep an eye on how far along you are. Unfinished bonus comes off.

Spinsy Casino bonuses: when they earn their keep

You plan steady sessions across the next 46 days
You want extra play from a single NZ$30 deposit
You enjoy spinning slots more than table games
You keep a record of what you have wagered

You want to withdraw winnings within a few days
You prefer live dealer tables over slots
You deposit only once in a while for fun

Four ways to lose it

Claimed once, gone forever: the slips to dodge

Spinsy Casino spells out each term up front so a reward is never lost to a surprise.

One player, one welcome

Opening a second account to claim the welcome reward twice breaks a house rule: each player may hold one account, and duplicate accounts get closed with any balance inside them.

Ask support before opening anything new

Bonus validity window

A bonus sits in your account for 46 days from activation, and whatever is unwagered when the window shuts simply drops away with its winnings.

Check the expiry date on the day you claim

Play regularly rather than in one late rush

Finish wagering before cashing out

Requesting a payout while wagering is unfinished usually voids the bonus and the winnings built on it, because the offer has not been completed.

Finish the wagering before you request a payout

Why did no bonus land?

Deposits under the NZ$20 minimum do not trigger the welcome match, so a small top-up can leave you with no bonus at all.

Bonus answers

What happens when I want to cash out?

Clears the nagging doubt that winnings tied to a bonus may never reach your wallet.

trustCan I withdraw winnings from bonus play before I finish wagering?+

Not until the wagering is done. Your bonus and anything it wins stay locked while the 25x playthrough runs, and cashing out early forfeits the bonus balance. Once cleared, the withdrawal goes through in about 6 minutes.

trustWhere do I see the last day to use my bonus?+

Your account area shows an expiry date the moment the welcome package activates. From that point you have 46 days to finish wagering, after which unused bonus funds and remaining spins are removed. Players in New Zealand often lose track over the holidays, so check it early.

trustWhen I open the casino on my phone, where does the bonus show up?+

It sits in your bonus balance in the same account you see on desktop, since the site runs fully in a mobile browser. Spins appear in the game they belong to, and progress towards wagering updates as you play. Nothing extra needs installing.

trustWhy does the bonus page talk about players who already have an account?+

Because the welcome package is a one-time thing. Regulars instead collect the 6% weekly cashback, which returns part of the week's net losses without wagering requirements, so it is spendable as it lands.

trustWhen do I need a promo code to start the welcome offer?+

Some offers ask for one at the deposit screen, and every code this casino uses sits on its promo code page. Check that page first, because a missed code can leave a deposit bonus unclaimed. Codes change, so read it before each claim.

trustWhere can I check the licence behind this casino?+

The Malta Gaming Authority issues it under license number MGA/B2C/991/2016, held by Spinsy Casino Ltd. That regulator sets the standards the site must meet, and the number is worth noting if you ever need to raise a complaint.
